1. The matter is listed today for hearing. However, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, even on the second call.

Upon perusal of the record and the relief claimed in the petition, it appears that the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to consider and decide his representation dated 30.07.2021, which is stated to have been submitted for redressal of certain service-related grievances.
3. Considering the nature of the relief sought, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is
disposed of with a direction to the competent authority of the respondents to consider and decide the petitioner’s representation dated 30.07.2021 strictly in accordance with law, rules, and relevant policies applicable, within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
