By means of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions received, apprised the Court that the address which has been mentioned for seeking police protection is itself wrong and so far as the report of concerned police station, the petitioners are not residing over the address as mentioned in the petition and as such no prayer can be exceeded. 4.
