Learned counsel for the petitioner relies on settlement deed dated 17.05.2023, partition deed dated 02.08.2023 and Patta No.9449 as evidence of the petitioner's title and entitlement for survey. 3. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents. He states that action would be taken on the petitioner's application for survey within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. As contended by learned counsel for the petitioner, Patta No. 9449 stands in the petitioner's name in respect of 0.7.30 ares in Survey No.2135/1A2B2.
