Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J Petitioner seeks benefit of decision rendered in Roop Lal Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.2 and also the benefit of decision in Sunder Singh Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.3 for claiming the family pension. It is seen from the record that the petitioner has not represented to the respondents/competent authority for the redressal of her grievances. 2. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents/competent authority, within a period of two weeks from today for the redressal of her grievances. In case, such representation is so made, the same shall be considered and decided by the respondents/competent authority as expeditiously as possible preferably within six weeks.
