The learned State Counsel on the basis of the instructions received from the respondent has submitted that in compliance of the judgement and order passed by the Writ Court the amount of arrears of salary has been sent to the Treasury on 4.3.2025 and the same is to be received by the applicant from the Treasury. The relevant extract of judgement and order dated 28.3.2024 is quoted herein below:- "4. Since considering petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.4 i.e. Director, Secondary Education U.P., Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority along with fresh representation. All the concerned and relevant parties may also be heard by the Director while considering petitioner's representation. 5. With aforesaid observations and directions, the petition is finally disposed of." 2. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and going through the copy of the instructions and the general bill dated 4.3.2025, by which the amount of arrears of salary of the applicant has been transferred to the Treasury and for all the practical purposes the judgment and order passed by the Writ Court has been complied with as such present contempt application is hereby dismissed as infructuous. 3.
