Nawaz, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the State respondent. In terms of the order dated 01.08.2025, passed earlier in this proceeding Mr. Borthakur, learned Addl. PP submitted a report received from Murajhar Police Station, District-Hojai, wherefrom, it is seen that as per the report of the I.O. no case was registered against the Page No.# 2/2 present petitioner, though an enquiry was conducted by making Murajhar P.S. G D Entry No. 006 dated 07.07.2025. Mr. Nawaz, learned counsel also submitted that he has already submitted that Matriculation Certificate and an enquiry was also conducted, however, there is an apprehension of arrest, for which the present pre-arrest bail application has been filed. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and also considering the report of the I.O. of Murajhar Police Station, the present application stands closed. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum, in the event of registered any case in said Murajhar Police Station. The report received from the Officer-in-Charge, Murajhar Police Station be kept as part of the record. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
