The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: " (i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties specially the Opposite Party No. 2 to 4 to take necessary action in respect of the encroachment of the gata no. 415 Chak Road situated in Gram Panchayat Sarai Rashi, Pargana Haveli Awadh, Tehsil Sadar, district Ayodhya." 2. The learned Standing Counsel, based on instructions, states that proceedings have already been initiated against the encroachment under Section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 and are currently pending. 3. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned authority to conclude the pending proceedings in accordance with law and within the time prescribed under the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 i.e. 90 days.
