By means of this petition the petitioner has prayed for mandamus commanding the opposite parties specially police authorities in the light of the order passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter of 'Lalita Kumari vs. State of uttar Pradesh & others' to take appropriate decision on the application dated 10.08.2024 moved by the petitioner pending before him forthwith in the interest of justice. 3. Learned AGA has produced the instruction letter dated 15.9.2025, same is taken on record. 4. As per aforesaid instruction letter learned AGA for the State informs that the F.I.R. has been lodged u/s 85,115(2), 351(2) BNS on 9.9.2025. 5. In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition, therefore, this writ petition is consigned to record.
