Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R.R. Gogoi, learned Standing Counsel, PHE. This writ petition was filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to promote/upgrade the petitioner to the post of Unskilled Work Charged Assistant providing retrospective effect from the date of recommendation dated 06.05.2022. During the pendency of the writ petition it is now submitted that the petitioner had superannuated from the Office on 31.03.2024. The learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, submits that there is no live issue to urge before the Court at present. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
