ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a Writ or order more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent not providing the police aid to the petitioner to enter in to his land and cultivate the same in Survey NO. 361 an extent of Ac. 2 situated at Velamakur village of Devanakonda Mandal, Kurnool District as illegal, arbitrary and violation Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to provide police aid to the petitioner to enter in to his land and cultivate the same in Survey No. 361 an extent of A.C.2 situated at Velmakur vilalge of Devanakonda Mandal, Kurnool District pending disposal of the main W.P. and pass…”
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions would submit that the subject matter in the present petition is purely civil in nature.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs.
