Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed challenging Notification dated 12.08.2025 to the extent of fixing the additional qualification of B.Ed. along with M.A. (post-graduation) in place of M.A. (post-graduation). Further prayer for a direction to opposite parties to accept Application Form of petitioner for participating in the Government Inter College Examination, 2025 for the post of Lecturer has also been sought. 3. In view of instructions received by learned counsel for petitioner, he submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh to challenge the Gazette Order dated 30.01.2025. 4. In view thereof, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file afresh.
