For the Resp.-State: Mr. Saket Kumar, A.P.P. --- 02 / 23.06.2025 Heard Mr. Agnivesh, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Saket Kumar, learned A.P.P.
2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 22.05.2025 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Latehar in connection with A.B.P. No. 202 of 2025, corresponding to Latehar AHTU P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025 whereby and whereunder the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3. It has been alleged that the daughter of the informant as well as two other girls were apprehended by the police while they were in station for boarding the train to Delhi. It has been alleged that all the three girls were being taken to Delhi for the purposes of human trafficking. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the appellant that all the victims have stated the name of one Khusbu who is said to have enticed them to go to Delhi. So far as the present appellant is concerned, merely because the appellant had sent an amount of Rs.2,000/- to the daughter of the informant and the appellant was in Delhi, he has been implicated as being a part of the gang which had indulged in human trafficking. 5. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant. 6.
Regard being had to the fact that the main allegation has been attributed to Khusbu and so far as the appellant is concerned, only a circumstance has been highlighted with respect to the amount of Rs.2000/- which the appellant had sent to the daughter of the informant, we, while setting aside the order dated 22.05.2025 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Latehar in connection with A.B.P. No. 202 of 2025, corresponding to Latehar AHTU P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025, direct the appellant, above named, to surrender before the learned court- below within four weeks from today and on his surrender, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties
