The writ petition has been filed praying for quashing the F.I.R. dated 19.01.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 20 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1) & 324(3) of BNS and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station - Deoband, District - Saharanpur. 3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that two parties were fighting each other. The Police came and has lodged the F.I.R. against both the parties. None of the parties has lodged the F.I.R. against each other. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. For the reasons given in the order dated 10.7.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.7463 of 2024, this writ petition is disposed of directing that till submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C./193(3)BNSS, the respondents are restrained from arresting the petitioners pursuant to the impugned First Information Report, subject to their cooperation in the ongoing investigation.
