The applicant is praying for short term bail on the ground that his daughter-in-law is pregnant. 4. The State Counsel was directed to get instructions. Today, Mr. Sain, learned Brief Holder apprise to this Court there are other family members to look after the daughter- in-law of the applicant and she delivered a child in the hospital. 5.
