1. Hear Mr. B. P. Sharma, learned counsel alongwith Mr. Vivek Kumar Shrivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Shashank Thakur, learned Dy. Advocate General for the respondents/ State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for the following reliefs :-
“A. A writ and/or an order in the nature of writ of mandamus do issue calling for the records of the case pertaining the petitioners' case from the authorities below concerned If this Hon'ble Court may deems fit in facts and circumstances of the case. B. A writ and/or an order in the nature of writ of certiorari do issue setting aside the order dated 19.2.2025 (Annexure P-1) being illegal, arbitrary and not only in violation of principles of natural justice but also constitutional provisions contained under Article 14, 19, 12, 31A and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequent thereto be further pleased to set aside / quash the NIT dated 1.3.2025 (Annexure P-2) issued by respondent concerned in respect of the work in question involved in the facts and circumstances of the case.
C. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may
3 deem fit in the facts & circumstances of case. D. Cost of the petition may also be awarded.”

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse to law, if any cause of action arises in future. 4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty, as prayed for. 5. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the petitioner in person after obtaining the photocopy of the same. - Sd/-
