Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/FTC, Court No.38, Barabanki to consider and decide the application dated 26.8.2025 for issuing of passport in Criminal Misc. Case No.2184 of 2018; State Vs. Waseem Ansari and other in pursuance of charge sheet no.48 (01) of 2018 dated 30.3.2018 arising out of Case Crime No./First Information Report No.177 of 2017, under Sections 147, 148, 341, 504, 506, 34 I.P.C. and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, relating to Police Station Masauli, District Barabanki pending before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/FTC, Court No.38, Barabanki in light of notification no.GSRS70(E) dated 14.4.1976 gazette by Union of India. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter relates to the year 2018. He further submits that the trial court may be directed to decide the application dated 26.8.2025 for issuance of passport moved in the aforesaid criminal case within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the trial court is hereby directed to decide the application dated 26.8.2025 for issuance of passport moved in the aforesaid criminal case, i.e., Criminal Misc. Case No.2184 of 2018 with expedition, in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, instant application stands disposed of accordingly.
