3. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the private respondents in this Writ Petition. 4. Therefore, without making any observation on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's request for correction of the alleged UDR error within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, the fifth and sixth respondents herein and any other persons interested in the relevant properties.
