This Court vide order dated 29.01.2024 passed in MCRC No.405/2024 had directed the Trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of 3 months. 4. On earlier two occasions i.e. on 03.05.2024 & 28.11.2024 also, further time was sought and 5 months and 4 month’s respectively, time was granted for disposal of the case.
