Secy. Home Lko. And 2 Others Counsel for Revisionist :- Prabhat Kumar Ojha,Ajay Kumar Ojha,Sujit Kumar Ojha Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A.,Ashish Kumar Shukla,Kaushal Kishore Tewari,Shivakant Tewari Hon'ble Alok Mathur,J.
1. Case called out.
2. None appears for the revisionist to press the revision though Ms. Anamika holding brief of Sri K. K. Tewari is present for private respondents.
3. A perusal of the order sheet indicates that the matter was referred for mediation to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre but during the mediation proceedings no agreement was arrived at between the parties. Subsequently, the matter is being listed but no appearance is being put in on behalf of the parties. It seems that they are not interested in pursuing the matter.
4. Accordingly, the interim order granted on 19.12.2023 is vacated and the revision is dismissed for want of prosecution. (Alok Mathur, J.) Order Date :- 16.5.2025 RKM. Digitally signed by :- RAKESH KUMAR MAURYA High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
