By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged FIR No.0379 of 2025 dated 30.10.2025, registered under Sections 351(3) and 352 of the B.N.S., 2023 at Police Station Nehru Colony, District Dehradun. 4. Learned counsel for the State submitted that the interest of the petitioner has already been protected by the Investigating Officer by issuing a notice under Section 35(3) of the B.N.S.S., 2023, and the petitioner has been asked to co-operate with the investigation. 5. Learned counsel for the State has supplied a copy of the instructions before this Court, which is taken on record. 6. Since the interest of the petitioner has already been protected by the Investigating Officer, no interference is required at this stage. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
