Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for the State-opposite parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed by petitioner with following main prayer(s): "I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the opposite parties to take proper action against the Opposite party no. 4. II. issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus to directing the Opposite party no. 1 and 2 to decide the applications/representations dated-18.08.2025 of petitioner pending before the Opposite party no. 1 and 2, contained as Annexure No. 4 & 5 to this writ petition." 3. We have gone through the representation made by the petitioner to the District Magistrate, Bahraich. It appears that there is a private dispute between the petitioner and opposite party no.4 relating to Gata Nos.505, 504, 405 of Village Shivrajpur, Pargana Fakharpur, Tehsil Kaiserganj, District Bahraich. 4. The prayers as made in this writ petition, if granted, would confer jurisdiction upon the concerned District Magistrate to interfere in a private dispute, which appropriately falls within the domain of the revenue court, therefore, no writ of mandamus can be issued.
