Heard Sri Ashish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Commanding and directing the opposite party no.1 to 4 to transfer the investigation of F.I.R. No. 0303 of 2025, U/s- 352, 351(3), 324(4) BNS, 2023, P.S. Achalganj, District- Unnao to an independent investigating agency CBCID/SIT or any other police station under direct supervision of this Hon'ble Court, to ensure a fair, impartial, and expeditious investigation, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned A.G.A. has placed instructions dated 08.09.2025 duly signed by Jai Prakash, Investigating Officer/Sub Inspector, Police Station- Achalganj, District- Unnao, which are taken on record. 4. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of the aforesaid instructions, submits that the charge-sheet no. 301/25 dated 13.08.2025 has already been prepared and the same has been forwarded to the supervisory authority who will forward it to the Court concerned after examination. 5.
