Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. With the consent of learned counsels appearing for the contesting parties, the writ petition is finally being disposed of. 3. The instant petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest / harass the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. dated 03.12.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0517 of 2024, under Section 61(2), 111, 316(5), 318(4), 351(3), 352 of B.N.S., Police Station Tikait Nagar, District Barabanki, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the petition. 4. The contention is that even though the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. yet under the pretext of the aforesaid F.I.R., the police is harassing the petitioners. 5. On the other hand, learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions sent by Shri Ramesh Kumar Pandey, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Tikait Nagar, District Barabanki dated 10.09.2025, states that as the name of the petitioners is not contained in the said Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Arun Kumar Shukla, Anuj Kumar Misra, Brijendra Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Pramod Kumar Pathak And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Home Lko. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) F.I.R., as such, the petitioners shall neither be harassed nor arrested in pursuance to the aforesaid F.I.R. 6. The aforesaid statement is recorded. 7.
