Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for the State-opposite parties no.1 to 3 and Sri Sanjeev Singh, who appears for opposite party no.4. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to opposite party no.5 is dispensed with. 3. This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 10.03.2025 related to notice dated 18.08.2025 (Annexure No.1) relating to the aforesaid property. 2. Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to accept the part amount of the loan. 3. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus providing an opportunity to place petitioner side at Debt recovery Tribunal." 4. From perusal of the impugned notice, it appears that the same has been issued in pursuance of the order passed passed by the Additional District Magistrate (Judicial), Lucknow in case No.D202310460002061 under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 on 10.03.2025. 5. Writ petition is dismissed in view of the law settled by the Hon'ble Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Vishal Agarwal Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Sanjeev Singh Surendra Nath Singh .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P.
