Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He has placed on record a communication from the Tahsildar indicating that two conflicting certificates have been received with regard to the legal heirs of the pattadhar Alagammal. The said document also indicates that there appears to be a title dispute in relation to the property. 3. In this circumstance, the relief prayed for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional civil Court to resolve such title dispute.
