GUNESHWAR SHARMA Order 31.07.2025 [1] Heard Mr. Karung H Kom, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Ch. Sundari, learned G.A. for the State respondent. [2] The petitioner approached this Court by way of the present writ petition for a direction to consider and dispose of the representation dated 11.12.2024 submitted by the petitioner to the Chief Engineer (PHED), Government of Manipur. In the representation, the petitioner has requested for payment of pending bills for the work executed by him. It is stated that the representation is still pending with the Chief Engineer (PHED), Government of Manipur. [3] It is submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of by directing respondent No. 2 to dispose of the pending representation by a speaking order within a stipulated period of time. [4] Mrs. Ch. Sundari, learned G.A. for the State respondent, submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner is unsigned and the petitioner may be directed to submit a fresh signed copy. [5] In the circumstances, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to respondent No. 2 in continuation of the earlier one and respondent No. 2 is directed to dispose of the representation to be submitted by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a fresh representation by a speaking order.
