Supplementary affidavit filed today in the Court is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioners that against an order dated 14.07.2025, whereby the injunction application filed by the petitioners was dismissed, the petitioners have preferred an appeal under Order 43 Rule 1 of the CPC, which is pending. It is argued that the opposite parties are not appearing in this appeal and the matter is likely to become infructuous. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners to file an application for grant of ex parte interim injunction in the misc. appeal pending. In case, such an application is filed, the same shall be disposed of by the appellate court irrespective of whether the opposite parties are appearing or not within a period of one week from the same being filed.
