extent of Ac.5.00 cts in Sy.No.63/1 of Gunupuru Village, Denkada Mandal, Vizianagaram District and also the consequential proceedings dt.14.11.2016 in Rc.No.501/2015 of the 4th respondent, as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction, violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to restore the assignment, which was originally granted to the petitioner by the Tahsildar of the erstwhile Bheemunipatnam Taluk vide D-Form patta, dt.21.12.1975 (D.R.No.289/1385 Fasli) and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2017(WPMP 29362 OF 2017 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay the operation of the 2nd respondent's Proceedings dt.12.08.2016 and 12.09.2016 in Rc.No.2469/2015/E2, insofar as it relates to the cancellation of the D-Form Patta granted to the petitioner in relation to an extent of Ac.5.00 cts in Sy.No.63/1 of Gunupuru Village, Denkada Mandal, Vizianagaram District and also the consequential proceedings dt.14.11.2016 in Rc.No.501/2015 of the 4th respondent, pending disposal of writ petition and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to vacate the interim orders dated 19.07.2017 in WPMP No. 29362/2017 in WPNo. 23728/2017 and dismiss the above writ petition.
