The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants with the following prayers: "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow the instant 482 Cr.P.C. application and quash the impugned Charge Sheet No. 37 of 2015 dated 01.05.2015 filed in Criminal Case No. 2819 of 2015 titled State vs. Duiji Devi and others arising out of Case Crime No. 614 of 2013, U/s 406, 420 IPC, P.S. Colonelganj, District Allahabad and the cognizance and summoning order dated 13.08.2015 passed by the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 4, Allahabad alongwith the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 2819 of 2015 titled State vs. Duiji Devi and others pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 4, Allahabad. It is, further, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may Kindly be pleased to stay Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Sharique Ahmed Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A., Nitin Sharma Ramu @ Monu And Another .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P.And Another .....Opposite Party(s) the proceedings of Criminal Case No. 2819 of 2015 titled State vs. Duiji Devi and others arising out of Case Crime No. 614 of 2013, U/s 406, 420 IPC, P.S. Colonelganj, District Allahabad pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 4, Allahabad or alternatively no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants; during the pendency of the present application before this Hon'ble Court and may pass any other order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case; else the applicants will suffer irreparable loss and injury. " 5. Vide order dated 2.3.2017 it was directed to verify the compromise annexed as annexure no. 4 to the affidavit by the court concerned. As per office report dated 10.9.2025 report regarding the same has not been received. 6. This matter is reported by the office through the report dated 03.3.2025 of Registrar (J) (Listing) that it is likely to be infructuous. 7. Perused the records. 8. Since there is no one appearing on behalf of the applicant(s) to press this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the matter being likely to have become infructuous by efflux of time. 9. The present application is dismissed as infructuous. 10. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 11.
