In view of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, notice to the private-respondents is dispensed with. 3. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Original Suit No. 1523 of 2023(Ram Manohar @ Manohar versus Awdhesh Kumar and another) pending before the court of Civil Judge(Junior Division), court no. 13, Barabanki. 4. It is urged that several dates have been fixed in the aforesaid case but the same has not yet been considered and decided. Consequently, an expedite order may be passed. 5. Having considered the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition and to pass an expedite order relating to a suit of the year 2023. 6. The petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Court concerned. In case, such an application is moved needless to say the same shall be considered and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. 7. It is also made clear that in case if any cause for expediting a suit of the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Prabhakar Tiwari, Saloni Nishad Counsel for Respondent(s) : Ram Manohar @ Manohar .....Petitioner(s) Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court No.13, Barabanki And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) year 2022 arises in future, this order of dismissal may not come in the way of the petitioner.
