2. The Court made the following:
:: ORDER ::
The above contempt case is filed complaining about the non- implementation of order dated 03.10.2017 in W.P.No.31842 of 2017. 2. The petitioner filed W.P.No.31842 of 2017 to declare the inaction of respondent authorities, in registering the plots in favour of the petitioner, in terms of options exercised vide letter dated 14.10.2016, in pursuance of supplementary agreement to the development agreement-cum-GPA vide document No.42/2007 dated 20.01.2007, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.
The said writ petition was disposed of 03.10.2017, wherein the operative portion of said order, reads as follows:

respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 14.10.2016, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, if not already disposed of, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.”
4. In para No.6 of the affidavit, it was pleaded that despite the order dated 03.10.2017, directing the respondent No.2 to dispose of the representation, no order has been passed and thus, the respondents violated the order. 5. A counter affidavit was filed on behalf of respondents 2 & 3. Along with counter affidavit, an endorsement issued by the Vice Chairman, VUDA, Visakhapatnam vide Rc.No.6669/2006/ESTATE/I-3, dated 29.11.2017, was filed. A perusal of said endorsement, it was issued in pursuance of order dated 03.10.2017 in W.P.No.31842 of 2017. 6. Thus, the concerned authority, in pursuance of the order, issued an endorsement, referred to supra, by assigning reasons and hence, this Court does not find any violation of dated 03.10.2017 in W.P.No.31842 of 2017. 7. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Contempt Case is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the endorsement issued by the Vice Chairman, VUDA, Visakhapatnam vide Rc.No.6669/2006/ESTATE/I- 3, dated 29.11.2017, if aggrieved. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
