The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of the order dated 06.06.2025 and 12.08.2025 whereby, the steps were taken for appointment of an Enquiry Officer to conduct preliminary inquiry. 3. Considering the fact that the preliminary inquiry has only been directed, no interference is required at this stage particularly in view of para 107 of the Full Bench judgment in the case of Vivekanand Yadav vs State of U.P. and another: 2011 (29) LCD 221. The writ petition is dismissed. 4. The petitioner would be at liberty to take such steps, if so advised, in case any further orders are passed.
