This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "i) Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opp. party no.2- Chief Medical Officer Gonda to consider and decide the application/ representation dated 14-07-2025 made by the petitioner for cancellation of disability certificate dated 01.08.2025 expeditiously within sharp and reasonable period contained in annexure no. 1 to the petition." 3. We have gone through the application moved by the petitioner on 14.7.2025 to the Chief Medical Officer, Gonda, praying that disability certificate given to his father Ram Prasad Pal, be cancelled after giving a hearing to the petitioner. 4.
