Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application has been filed with the prayer to expedite and decide the case no. 2499 of 2023 arising out of case crime no. 150 of 2024 u/s 504, 506, 465, 466, 471, 420 and 120B IPC P.S. Kunda District Pratapgarh. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant quoting the aforesaid prayer submits that the matter is still pending consideration since 2023 and the applicant is suffering due to delay in conclusion of the trial proceedings. He submits that the interest of justice would be sub- served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased enough to direct the trial court to conclude the trial proceedings in Case Crime No. 150 of 2024 within a stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. 4. The counsel appearing for the State has no objection to the contention aforesaid. 5. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the Trial Court is hereby directed to conclude the proceeding of Crl. Case No. 2499 of 2023 arising out of Case Crime No. 150 of 2024 u/s 504, 506, 465, 466, 471, 420 and 120B IPC P.S. Kunda District Pratapgarh, in expedition, if it is still pending consideration before the court concerned, if there is no legal impediment, while considering Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : S.P.
