Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of the Mandamus whereby directing in the public interest to the opposite parties No.2 and 3 to remove the illegal possesion and construction over the Gram Sabha Land Gata No.228/0.260 hectare, situated in the village- Gujarai, Pargana & Tehsil- Bilgram, District- Hardoi. " 3. Documents on record reveal that the proceedings are pending. The same is also stated by learned Standing Counsel in terms of the instructions received. 4. In view of the pending proceedings, the directions as prayed for cannot be granted. 5. The petition stands disposed of.
