The Court Made the Following Order:- The Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the BNSS, is filed on behalf of the petitioners herein/A7 to A10 to grant anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.30 of 2025 of Jeelugumilli Police Station, -EIuru District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109(1 ), 329(3) and 351 (2) read with 3(5) of the BNS, +-ir +-` ``-=. L® 2. Case of the prosecution, in brief is that on 13.03.2025 about ll.00 p.m., the de facto complainant filed a report before the police stating that on the same day while he was at work in his agricultural fields, A1, along with other accused, armed wI'th deadly weapons attacked the defacto complainant and tried to knock away the agricultural produce lying in the fI-eldS, and when the defacto complainant resisted, they hit the defacto complainant with weapon resultI'ng in grievous I-njurieS. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent/state. perused the record. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this court in Crl.P.No.4993 of 2025J Vide Order, dated 06.06.2025 granted anticipa{ory bail {o A3 to A5 in the present crime. The case of the PetitI'OnerS herein/A7 to A10 also stands on the same footing as that of A3 to A5. He -further submitted that accused No.1 had obtained regular bail by the learned IX Additional District & Sessions Judge, west Godavari, Kovvur. On the other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has,not disputed the said submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. =TEEL-E ha `+7 5. Considering the submissions made and since the case of the Petitioners herein/A7 to A10 also stands on the same footing as that of A3 to A5, who were already granted anticipatory bail by this Court, this Court is incII'ned tO grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners herein/A7 to AI O, on the following conditI'OnS. 6. Accordingly, in the event of their arrest I|n the above Crime, the Petitioners herein/A7 to A10 shall be released on bail on their executl-ng a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees twenty thousand only) each with two suretI|eS each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the arrestI'ng POliCe Officials and also on condition that the petitl'oners shall make themselves available for investigation as and when requI-red and that they shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution wI-tneSSeS. The petitioners shall appear before the station House Officer concerned once in every fortnI|ght Saturday between 10.00 A.M. and 05.00 P.M., till filing of charge sheet. 7.
