The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to take suitable action against the second respondent on the basis of her representation dated 28.01.2025. 3. According to the petitioner, she had obtained a housing loan from the second respondent and repaid the dues. However, the second respondent did not return the original document. Hence, she submitted a representation to the first respondent seeking action against the second respondent. Since the said representation has not been considered, she has approached this Court. 4.
