The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 15.12.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 579 of 2025 under Sections 323, 504, 384, 307, 506 IPC, Police Station Hafizganj, District Bareilly. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. pointed out that final report no. 4 of 2025 dated 24.1.2025 has been forwarded in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 4.
