This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 14.09.2018 passed in G.R. No. 4105 of 2017 arising out of Bhagalpur (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 58 of 2017 passed by learned SDJM, Bhagalpur. 3. The complainant/informant has made allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner and other accused persons and the police after investigation has submitted charge-sheet finding the case true against the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with a direction to the SDJM, Bhagalpur to proceed in the trial of Bhagalpur (Mahila) P.S.
