Petitioner has also sought for a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the petitioner's request to pay the advance rental amount. 2. Learned counsel appearing for respondents 3 and 4 submits that pursuant to the order of this Court - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:10875 WP No. 4164 of 2022 dated 23.02.2022, petitioner was granted time to deposit 6 months advance rent amount before 26.02.2022 and pursuant to such deposit being made, registered lease deed has been executed. Along with the statement of objections filed by respondents 3 and 4, copy of the registered lease deed is produced. The same would reveal that registered lease deed has been executed with respect to shop No.137 measuring 14.75 x 26 feet belonging to the respondent - Authority. 3. In light of the said fact as is evident from the perusal of the registered lease deed at Annexure-R1, grievance of the petitioner stands addressed. 4. Accordingly, petition is disposed off.
