Page No.# 2/2 This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, who is apprehending arrest in connection with the Abhayapuri P.S. Case No. 59/2025, registered under Sections 331(4) and 305(e) of the BNS, 2023. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Abhayapuri P.S. Case No. 59/2025, vide Charge-Sheet No. 145/2025, dated 30.07.2025. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court below for her regular bail in said Abhayapuri P.S. Case No. 59/2025. The interim bail, granted to the present petitioner may be extended for another fifteen (15) days, enabling her to appear before the learned Trial Court below, with a regular bail application. Accordingly, this bail application stands disposed of. Copy of the instruction received from the Inspector Commn., MCC Dispur, placed before the Court, be kept as part of the record.
