The instant petition has been preferred seeking expeditious disposal of the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC filed in a Regular Suit no.08 of 2025. Having considered the aforesaid prayer as well as from a perusal of the extracts of the order sheet this Court finds that for one reason or the other the matter is being deferred and moreso since 15.04.2025 it has been indicated that the Presiding Officer has been on leave. In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition leaving it open for the petitioners to take the recourse as may be available to them in law including by moving an application for transfer. With the aforesaid the petition is disposed of. It is made clear that mere dismissal of this petition, at this stage, may not come in the way of the petitioner, if some cause of action for expedition arises in future.
