HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW APPLICATION U/S 482 No. - 7515 of 2025 Court No. - 15 HON'BLE AJAY BHANOT, J. This is the second Application U/S 482. Learned AGA submits that a prima facie case of commission of gang rape has been disclosed against the applicants. The victim has consistently nominated the applicants along with the details of the incident as principal offenders who committed gang rape with her. He has placed reliance on the FIR and the statements of the victim under Sections 161 and 164 Cr.P.C. Learned AGA submits that reliance on the judgement passed by this Court in Ajay Kumar is misconceived. The said Ajay Kumar had got married to the victim and the couple was blessed with two children. Moreover, the said Ajay Kumar was an accused in a different criminal case. Faced with this Shri Eshan Garg, learned counsel and Ms. Prachi Arya, learned counsel for the applicants submit that the applicants do not wish to press the application U/S 482 and would like to avail alternative Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Eshan Garg, Prachi Arya Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
