Agarwala, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that notice has been duly served upon respondent Nos. 1 & 2 as per the office note dated 21.02.2025. The learned counsel further submits that the parties are attempting to come to an amicable settlement outside court. However, the matter has to be recorded in writing and prayed that this matter maybe placed before the Lok Adalat to be held on 12.06.2025. Mr. S. Dutta, learned counsel for respondent No. 3 has not raised any objection. In view of the above submissions, condonation application for a delay of 81 days is allowed, considering that the grounds given for the delay which has been explained in the application at para Nos. 3, 4 & 5 are found to be Page No.# 3/3 reasonable and find that sufficient cause for the delay of 81 days has been projected. Accordingly, I.A.(Civil) No. 3165/2024 is allowed and disposed of. The main MAC.App. No. 8919/2024 may be given registration number and thereafter, may be sent to the Lok Adalat, which is to be held on 12.06.2025, considering the nature of submission made by the learned counsels, that the parties had already come to an amicable settlement outside court, which is only to be confirmed at the Lok Adalat.
