The petitioner claims that in the S.A it had challenged the action of the respondent bank in putting the machinery which is a secured asset with the bank to auction and that no auction had been conducted till date. This fact is, however, contradicted by learned counsel for the respondent bank who states that the auction has since been conducted and the property sold to a sister concern of the petitioner. The next date in the DRT is fixed on 28.05.2025. 2 HCJ & RC, J WP_10813_2025 Be that as it may, till such time as I.A.No.1069 of 2025 in S.A.No.53 of 2025 is considered, status quo shall be maintained with regard to the subject property.
