The only prayer made in the writ petition is to direct the respondent no. 2 i.e. Chairman/Adhyaksh, Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, Head Quarter, Tehari Kothi, Lucknow to decide the appeal dated 29.07.2024 within a stipulated period of time. Shri Anadi Krishna Narayana, learned counsel for the respondents No.2 and 3 does not have any objection to the prayer made by the petitioner. He submits that the departmental appeal may be decided within a stipulated period of time. In wake of the aforesaid submissions and without going into the merits of the case, interest of justice will be served by directing the respondent no. 2 i.e. Chairman/Adhyaksh, Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, Head Quarter, Tehari Kothi, Lucknow to decide the departmental appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to cooperate in the inquiry proceedings. With the aforesaid direction the writ petition is disposed of.
