Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Nishant Shukla, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.2, 4, 5, 6 & 7. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner, stating that despite, the petitioner having filed an application for compounding of the allegedly opined constructions. On 15.07.2025, the respondents' authority have not yet taken a decision on the said application and on the other hand, threads are being issued through carry out the activity of demolition. 3. The learned counsel for the LDA, stated that some objections were raised through a communication dated 05.08.2025 in respect of, the compounding application filed by the petitioner on 15.07.2025. However, the same are yet to be responded by the petitioner. 4. Without going to the merits of the claim of either of the parties at this stage, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondents to serve a copy of the alleged objections dated 05.08.2025 to the petitioner within a period of three days. The petitioner, if he so desires, will give a reply to the said objections within four weeks thereafter. The respondents' authority shall take a final decision on the compounding application within a period of two months. 5. Till a final decision is taken on the compounding application, no exercise of demolition shall be carried out. September 10, 2025 Haseen U.
