Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to pass an order for early disposal of the Session Trial No.589/2009, arising out from Case Crime No.785/2007, u/s 302 I.P.C. relating to P.S. Gomti Nagar, District-Lucknow entitled as State Vs Sudhakar Pandey before the Learned Court of Additional Sessions Judge-7 Lucknow. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter pertains to the year 2009 and even after passing of about 16 years, the proceeding of the Session Trial has not been concluded as yet. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub- served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court.
