On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that a bald statement is made by the petitioner/Society that some persons inimically disposed towards the society are creating problems for the society in catching the fishes and harvesting them. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:5599 WP No. 3540 of 2025 However, it also appears that there is an internal dispute amongst the members of the society. Nevertheless, the petitioner is permitted to give a written complaint to respondent No.4-Police Inspector, Kunigal Police Station, giving the details of the persons who are trying to cause impediment in the activities of the society. If any offence is made out in the written complaint, respondent No.4 may take action in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
