G.A. 2 Hon'ble Shri Justice Sachin Singh Rajput Order On Board 20.05.2025 The limited grievance that the petitioner has in the instant case is the action of the respondents in discontinuing the services of petitioner. 2. According to the counsel for petitioner, the petitioner was working as daily wage employee under the respondents and suddenly his services came to be discontinued. He submits that the identical issue has already been decided by this Court in WPS No. 70/2025 vide order dated 23.01.2025 and the purpose would be served if the order in the same line is passed in this petition also. Learned counsel appearing the respondent does not have any objection to this proposition made by the counsel for the petitioner. 3. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with an observation and direction that if the respondents intend to engage daily wage workers, the petitioner shall be given a preferential right for being continued instead of appointing fresh personnel. Respondents authorities are directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner and further directed to take work from the petitioner considering his past experience.
